Forest Bathing is a gentle, guided experience of slowing down in nature. My offerings are rooted in the Nature and Forest Therapy model developed by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. You are gently supported in opening your senses, expanding awareness, and meeting the more-than-human world with curiosity and care.

This practice goes beyond simple relaxation. Research shows that guided Forest Bathing experiences can support immune health, reduce stress, and contribute to lasting improvements in overall well-being.
