🌿 Join us each week for a gentle, grounding meditation practice held in the Nantucket Community Garden. Surrounded by birdsong, blooming flowers, and the quiet rhythm of nature, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment. These sessions offer a peaceful space to release stress, nurture inner calm, and grow a deeper sense of connection, to the earth and to yourself.

No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to pause.

All are welcome.
Held outdoors, weather permitting.
Please bring a mat or blanket if you’d like to sit on the ground.
