As your health coach my goal is to provide you with the tools and skills you need to take command of your health and wellness today and in the future.

We will partner in discovering your why; and develop strategies to bring your goals into reality. I will help you identify challenges and blind spots that may be preventing you from meeting your goals and empower you to become the expert on your own body, mind and well-being.

  • All shared information is confidential and kept secure. I follow HIPAA guidelines, which ensure the protection of privacy and your medical information

  • Eating habits/nutrition, finances, health maintenance, life satisfaction, physical activity, sleep and relaxation, stress and weight management, relationships, spiritual practices, and mindset are all areas that you can discuss with a health coach. It’s your choice as to what you want to focus on to improve your well-being.

  • This will depend on your schedule, as your health coach , I will uniquely tailor each session to meet your needs. Ideally, a coaching session would be at least 30 minutes long.

  • We can meet in person or online.

  • There’s no set number of visits; however, meeting with your health coach on a regular basis will guide you along your journey to wellness. Click here for more information on the packages I offer.
